Sometimes life leaves us carrying more than we realize. Stress, emotional experiences and old patterns can affect how we feel, think and move through the world. I’ve been a Reiki Master and Teacher since 2004, and my work has grown to include Brainspotting, a therapeutic approach that uses focused eye positions to support the processing of emotional experiences. I believe our bodies hold valuable information, and that meaningful change often begins when we create space to listen. My approach is gentle, intuitive and grounded in respect for each person’s individual experience. Through Reiki, I offer a quiet space for deep relaxation, reflection and reconnection. With Brainspotting, I support clients in exploring emotional experiences and patterns that may be difficult to access through conversation alone. I love the connections between emotional well-being, the nervous system, personal history and the patterns we carry through generations. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes simply allowing yourself the time and space to explore what you’re feeling is a meaningful first step.
